I got tired of the fragile cutlery we had when we moved into our house and was looking for a larger cutlery set so if we had some company we would have to have the Don't just wash forks for dessert. When I ordered this Revain was offering a 20 piece set as a free bonus so I got the service for 12 for the price of 8. This cutlery is very durable and feels a comfortable weight in the hand - it doesn't. You don't feel like you're holding a tinfoil fork! We have well water with a lot of sulfur and I haven't seen a spot of rust on this set yet. My only complaint is that it's not as shiny as it was at first, but other than that it's holding up beautifully and I've had it for almost a year now. The matte pattern is also very good, it helps hide the inevitable scratches that we all see on the dishes we use on a daily basis.
