I have no idea if this Friskies Meat and Gravy cat food is actually good for my cats, I just know that they love it and that I can stuff just as much other cat food that is good for them in Friskies, and that they tend to eat it too. In fact, I put a little less of the really good stuff in there and mix it up well and they'll eat it. Before that, they insisted on eating the pieces and then vomited.
