The first ETREPOW 1500w pure sine wave inverter I received had a USB port which I could barely connect the USB to. When I finally got it, it didn't work. I returned it in exchange for a new one. I installed a new one on my 2018 F150, everything worked fine except the USB port. I tested my USB cable on other outlets to make sure it works and works, so it's an inverter. I will do it on my third try simply because it is the only inverter I could find that has the power and size needed for my truck. Customer service was good but quality control of this inverter is lacking.
