DOES NOT clean. Light spots on light gray skin. The product used and the dark spots didn't budge but the skin looked nice and oily. Grated and grated. I ended up spraying the rag with 409 Spray and it washed off instantly. Then I tried a rag dampened with water, only on a similar spot, and the marks disappeared. I ended up using 409 and water to clean up the dirty areas and then a skin moisturizer.
