Very useful when you need extra steamer space! I'm a fan of home cooking, especially I have a great interest and love for flour dishes. I'll be making mantou (a simple flour bun) for the whole family, which means I have a lot to do at once. Thanks to the additional rack, I can bake at least 16 rolls in one go, which saves a lot of time. Additionally, the extra space can speed up the entire cooking process, putting ingredients that need extra heat and time on the bottom layer and simple items like eggs/reheating dishes on the top layer. Viola! Delicious meals for the whole family are easily prepared.
