Difficult to guess, well suited for outdoor lighting
The lamps themselves are fine. They are bright and have multiple modes. The way they wound up wasn't. You half peel them off (they are wrapped in a tight circle) and they begin to tangle and become a tangle that takes a long time to unravel. They appear to have been coiled before the solar panels were installed. If it weren't attached, untwisting would be a lot easier.
