The pump is not working properly.
Great product! The pump bottles they come in are not that good. I have ordered this product twice. The first time I used it I thought it was just a bug in the pumping action of the shampoo bottle. After using the conditioner a few times, the pump started to act like a shampoo. I ordered the first set for my daughter and loved the product and ended up ordering a set for myself. The pumping action was similar to the first set. For the price and quality of the product you would think a bottle pump would work properly. You have to pump several times to get a small amount. If the pump actions had worked properly I would have given a 5 star rating.
