Super customer service! Seller called me and confirmed all sizes after I placed the order. The blinds was shipped by FedEx and delivered in just several days.When I measured the size, I made a mistake; I did not realized that my window is not in perfect square; the top is about 1 inch narrower than bottom. I only measured the bottom and assume it is a square.The seller followed me up with installation. I told her the size issue. The seller was kind enough to send me a new replacement with a new customized size. The blinds is well made in good quality and fully blackout as I need. I really appreciate their great customer service and help me fix the issue caused by my mistake.
