I am very upset, the product is no good.

With its pros:
Beautiful clave. Glows, shimmers, soft touch like a baby's . Pressing is clear.
Its cons:
Sharp edges of all keys, typing quickly hurts.
ctrl+shift+c and ctrl+shift+v not working
