Review on Crane USA Evaporative Humidifier Conversion by Sean Chase

Works very quietly BUT every 10-20 minutes "gulp" water drips into the filter ball, ball noise. It didn't bother me that much, but I imagine it might wake some people up. Overall I was very happy with it. Read other reviews - the tank can be a hassle to fill the sink (have to take it to the kitchen). BUT then 10 days after I received it (everything was perfect) SHE LICKED.completely.everywhere. I put a full tank in the block and set it on low (like I did every night for 9 nights) and ran out to fight the stink bug in another room. Came back to the waterfall 2 minutes later, all in my drawer. into my charging earphones :/ uh, a huge mess. Water leaked from the filter openings of the device. I should double check that, but consider - keep an eye on it when you first put the tank in, and maybe not put it in the treasure chests/shelves. So disappointed as I was really looking forward to it. Now it seems too risky.
