This controller looks good at first glance. I had it about 3 months. Everything was fine for the first month, no complaints. By the second month, I noticed that it shuts down, has a bit of a lag, and doesn't seem to register any button presses, but that was thrifty and really nothing to complain about. This month the controller is practically useless. It has to be specified directly, and I mean directly on the PS4, otherwise nothing will be registered and it will turn off. I would never buy one like this again. As much as I hate to say it, just buy a Sony controller and save yourself some time.
