Not for me in shampoo and conditioner

I have thick, wavy, coarse, frizzy hair and this product has not worked for me. It was like glue, sticky, thick and weighing my hair down. I tried it on wet and dry hair for a week hoping for a different result but no I think it just doesn't work with my hair type.
