I bought this for my mother who is 95 and hard of hearing. I'm disappointed because the volume isn't really adjustable, it has treble and bass and no additional audio boosts. It doesn't fare much better than their old phone in that department. In general the rest of the phone is fine, comfortably sized buttons and simple controls. I'm tempted to return it but she says it's good enough. 1 star deducted for lack of volume control. if i accidentally missed something in the manual, it would be nice to get a feedback from the company. Update: I contacted the company to express my disappointment and received a reply the next day which was very nice. They were friendly and helpful and my complaint was compensated. Customer service 5 stars!
