My urine smelled strongly of ammonia
Seriously. I took the product with one capsule three times a day at intervals for two weeks. On the second day, I noticed a distinct smell of ammonia in the urine. I was hoping that as my body got used to the product the smell would go away; It didn't help. I tried L-Carnitine because a friend swore it helped her lose weight; it didn't work for me. I've been happy with other products from this brand, so I don't attribute this failure to the company. L-Carnitine may work for issues other than weight loss.
