I used to take CLA when I needed to lose about 10 pounds. I recommend using the supplement properly and not treating it like it's a miracle. I've been taking this brand for about 2 weeks now, along with running 2-3 miles 4 times a week combined with strength training and proper nutrition. Something about it gives me more energy. I think this works best if you are a moderate to very athletic person as it is said to help increase muscle mass and stop fat accumulation. When I have taken it in the past it took about 2 months before I started seeing results. Probably the only thing I complain about is that the pills are so huge. I just make sure to drink a bottle of water if I take it before meals. helps!
