High Quality Slow Release Protein
This is a high quality slow release protein that is best taken at night. I used it for years to make Martin Berhan's Leangain's "protein pudding" recipe using this stuff, some sugar free pudding mix and coconut cream/milk. Vanilla flavoring works best for making these things as it can take on the flavor of whatever custard you're making (toffees and bananas are my favorites). It mixes the excellent Wa Stick Mixer and the value for money couldn't be better. I top up every few months.
