🍫 2 Pound Micellar Cream in Decadent Chocolate Milkshake Flavor Review

This is a high quality slow release protein that is best taken at night. I used it for years to make Martin Berhan's Leangain's "protein pudding" recipe using this stuff, some sugar free pudding mix and coconut cream/milk. Vanilla flavoring works best for making these things as it can take on the flavor of whatever custard you're making (toffees and bananas are my favorites). It mixes the excellent Wa Stick Mixer and the value for money couldn't be better. I top up every few months.

Every night I mix 1 cup almond milk, 2-3 tablespoons vanilla casein, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and ice cream. It's so delicious and I look forward to it every day. I've also made protein pancakes by mixing together 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup pancake mix, and 2 tablespoons vanilla casein. The flavors are so good.
