Review on 🍫 2 Pound Micellar Cream in Decadent Chocolate Milkshake Flavor by Adam Gorsage

I started exercising and after going to the gym I was looking for something to drink. I found that 2 hours after eating whey protein I was starving and urinating every hour! After doing a little research on different types of protein powders, I decided to try casein protein, which breaks down much more slowly. I LIKE IT! It tastes great (I add a tablespoon of vanilla coffee creamer for an extra vanilla kick), keeps me full for hours, and blends perfectly in a blender bottle. I will be using this for a long time!
