It took me about 3 weeks to find a replacement for a set of baking sheets I've had for the last 6 years and I have to say I've bought them after the time I've had with them , don't think I could find better pans than these even if I could go to a kitchen appliance store. The weight is perfect, not too heavy but definitely not flimsy in any way. tested until nothing changed. They're non-stick, but since they heat evenly throughout the pan, I'd suggest starting on low heat for things like eggs, because hey, super hot! I don't always cook with oil, mostly just a flavoring for me, but if you're a heavy oil user this set will work wonders. Pay attention to the reviews complaining about the handles. I say this: READ THE FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. It is clearly stated that it is a coating for wood products. Because actually it is not a tree, but only aesthetics. I haven't noticed any peeling of the coating or chips. Something happens all the time during delivery, nothing was damaged. Washing dishes by hand - dishwashers can warp wooden handles all at once, and if you have an old one like mine it can sometimes leave a film of soap after going through a cycle. There are also no lingering odors from cooking in silicone. Definitely recommend, all my friends who work with me in the kitchen have been blown away. UPDATE 01/17/2021 only: These pans still look like new! Still very nonstick and I've been using them both on the stove top and in the oven lately. Such a great set! The only downside is that using the oven will change the color of the handles to a lighter color. It really can't be avoided, but they still look like a beautiful tree.
