A frame screw (front) is touching the curved bracket and cannot be screwed tightly into the bracket. Another screw secures the device to the trailer. The same thing. I can't tighten it enough to hold it. The edges of the screw head rub against the bracket and cannot be tightened. I bought two hex bolts and they are both properly tightened. The screws to attach the device to the frame were too long. My frame is 2x4. Bought two new screws. I tried another brand and your device turned out to be the best. This is the goalkeeper. It was worth using them. Thanks for a good product. mike
