Review on ⚡ Smithsonian Plasma Ball in Black by David Bowens

An interesting kit. I followed the instructions, did everything that was said. At first I thought it wouldn't work. It took more time than was said before I saw anything. Eventually I noticed some tiny floating things. I finally got it! My triops hatched! But after two weeks they hadn't grown at all. So I pulled out an old microscope (great from my school days) and started a thorough inspection. After looking under a microscope and searching the internet for about twenty minutes, I was convinced that what I had hatched was not actually Triops cancriformis but a variety of BAJI! I love almost all microscopic organisms, so this wasn't an undesirable result; but it was unreasonable and not what I expected. I've noticed that there are (now) a real teen clique or two; but I think water fleas might end up eating them. So I'm giving it two stars because while SOMETHING hatched, it wasn't at all as advertised.
