Very happy with how easy this product is to use when training our two young dogs (doberman and border collie/lab mix). We love that there are three modes - vibration, beep (beep), and shock - as well as adjustable levels so we can control the amount of correction as needed. It is very easy to increase/decrease the intensity of vibration and shock as well as switch between two dogs with one remote control. Dogs respond well to vibration and sound, so we rarely need to shock them. They quickly realized the beep was a warning/recall and usually come back to us to see what command we have in store for them. One of the receivers broke a few days after we started using the collars. We emailed Bousnic, got a reply the same day and they sent a new recipient the same day. Impressed with their quick response and great customer service.
