Holds a gallon and keeps it hot or cold. The lid is screwed tight. What's not to like? Change from 5 stars. The case is not waterproof. No matter how tight you tighten it, with no O-ring or anything, liquid will run through the threads and drip when you pour or drink from the bottle. I use this for ice water when I'm working outside. A few drops of water that fall on my shirt while mowing the lawn or weeds are harmless. But for a product developed and marketed based on retention fluids? One expects a higher quality. YES, my ice water stays cold (and depending on how much ice is in it, freezing cold) for hours, even at night. The insulation it offers is fantastic. But not being able to pour a drink without it dripping on the table, or take a sip without it dripping on your shirt, goes from mildly annoying to annoying in no time.
