It's relatively simple to use, easy in terms or finding files quickly when they need them! I have not found any downsides at this point either (that could be related specifically). If you are looking into using some formality/automation then docex can do that as well but also keep it very user friendly if someone wants just something more casual like emailing attachments from another computer system etc.. The ability to have so many different ways that we can share files internally, externally or via email in such a quick manner. I haven't found anything as far as dislikes at this time but if there are any please let me know! We've been able to send all kinds of documents without it being held up by IT department approval etc which has allowed us greater access to critical content when needed quickly.
