Review on Messenger Bot by Hunter Schneider

I like how easy it was to get started with messenger bots for my business. It's not too complicated, but has enough features that you can't mess up your bot if you don't know what you're doing (which is good!). You can send messages back and forth between users in real time or schedule them ahead of time. The interface could be more intuitive - sometimes we have trouble finding things without having to go through multiple steps. We've been able to connect our website visitors with customers who need help right away via chat.
