These are my favorite compression socks. I judge everyone else by how much I like the feel of this couple. this is my second pair in the same color and I have the same model of socks in two different shades (Black Multi, Oyster). I wear size 7 shoes, although sometimes shoe sellers measure me at size 6.5. I sometimes have trouble getting regular (non-compression) standard sized socks right. If they don't fit properly, they tend to be too long on the foot. I ordered the recommended size for my shoe size and they fit perfectly. (As far as I remember, the size is listed as small/medium.) I'm only 5ft 4 inches tall and my legs are chunky compared to most people. These socks do not fit me as shown in the model picture. On me, they pull up slightly where my knees bend at the top of the calf. If I raise them high enough, the elastic can be a bit uncomfortable when I sit for a while because bending my knees puts a little pressure on it (and it leaves a sock mark on my skin). I don't notice it unless I'm careful and don't pull them too high. I love their colorful design. I appreciate it, unlike the dots and shadows of the polka dot sockwell, this design has a lot fewer little strands that want to stick out in the front. I would like this particular design to be offered in more colors. I especially want it to be done with the main body color (purple part in this one) in red, blue, green, teal and also plum and tan/taupe. I was thinking of ordering it in black but I would have preferred a more vibrant design.Note - The easiest way to put compression stockings on yourself or others is to imagine them as a high L-shape as if you can't see your toes reach out of the body. Start with the sock out as you normally would with socks. Now, even if it's about knee high, you need to reach for the toes and grab the heel from the inside. Pull inside out and hold onto the heel. That means you're looking at the tube where the leg of the sock is hidden. Don't worry though the heel of the sock is in your fingers. Because you know and see where the heel goes, you can put your toes in exactly the right place. So put on the sock so that the heel sits in the right place on the top of the foot. The heel is the biggest aggravating circumstance against donning high socks or stockings because each heel is too bulky compared to the foot or ankle. But since you've already got to the thickest part of the foot, you've done or eliminated the hard work. Now all you have to do is grab the open end of the sock (which is inside out) and pull it to your right side while lifting the top up to your knees. Flipping the sock while pulling forward is very easy, since the heel is already there and the widest bottom part doesn't stretch the full length of the sock's leg. TA Dah!
