Bought this for my 9 1/2 month old baby. He loves it and is very good at it. He doesn't push quickly, but he pushes himself to do it. The only problem I see is the rear wheels. They tend to stick out too much for my son to tap on with his heels. The quality of the goods is okay. The wheels are plastic to offset the weight of the metal frame. The handlebars are a bit narrow, if they were just 20mm on each side it would be great. Update: 7/2/19 I've been using it for a few months now and it still looks brand new. EVA wheels/tires will withstand some sidewalks and dirt roads. Nothing is dangling, not even the steering wheel and front wheel. Unfortunately, my son outgrew it at 13 months. So I upgraded it to a 12 inch wheel. I'll keep it nearby for him to use at home while he sits on it to eat or watch his big brother play his video games. I recommend it to anyone who wants to start cycling. Inspires confidence and strength of metal.
