Review on πŸ’‘ LimoStudio Industrial Electrical and Lighting Components for Fluorescent Daylight Balanced Photography by Cheryl Guzman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I have been using them for many years and they are very good.

. I use them for jewelry photography. My dad bought me a pair maybe 4 years ago and I have used them from time to time to take thousands of photos. I hope the quality is the same as it was then. I paid for shipping and after tax I'm looking at around $20 for a lamp - which to be honest is a steal. If you only use these lights when you're ready to take a picture, they should last a very long time. . They are also very good for videos. Attached are two product photos that I took with these lights. The backgrounds were edited in Photoshop. Both of mine arrived with no problems and are working perfectly. I see some people saying that the lights tend to stop working after a few weeks but I'll have to wait and see. For $40 or less a pair, give them a try. Also, if you don't have a gray/white card, consider using one of the "fluorescent light" white balance settings in your camera, as these lights have a naturally cool hue.

Pros
  • Fits me perfectly.
Cons
  • . No instructions.
