New Test: DO NOT BUY HP! I sent this laptop back to HP for repair due to numerous and frequent blue screen freezes. They returned the computer with 238GB of memory while the one I sent in for repair had 512GB. Also, within 30 minutes of using it, the computer died again with the same memory management blue screen stop code. They kept the computer for 2 weeks and did not fix the problem nor did they return me the same configuration. Of course, they put the computer back into S mode. old review: Getting out of Windows 10 S mode wasn't that difficult the first time, but on the second day HP informed me that the computer needed a BIOS update. It ruined everything. The computer went back to S mode and I couldn't use the downloaded programs. For the next two days I was on the phone with Microsoft tech support trying to get out of S mode. It was very annoying! I finally got it out of S mode and it's working fine for now. Delivery in S mode sucks!
