This is a bit odd for me as I've always been used to severely curved shoulder blades, but I really like the shape of this one. Very handy when the ice is very cold and hard. You can stick something like a knife in, which makes scooping easier, but won't come out in a ball/circle shape. Probably not the best option for filling an ice cream cone, but perfect for a mug or bowl. I also like that there are no toxic plastic materials. Only stainless steel and wood. Great and easy to clean! I highly recommend.
