This is a good product, well made and relatively easy to install but. . I literally followed the instructions. First, I made sure I had the items and recommended tools. I followed the instructions. Everything is set. The instructions mention using a tensioner to tighten/loosen. However, your instructions do not show how to install it or how to install it. Then he pulled out the brake system. . . it has a separate spare set of instructions that you follow instead of the main instructions, and these instructions show how to install the tensioner. Tear everything down and reinstall following the correct instructions. I've had similar issues with foreign-made products and poorly translated instructions. This is American made.
