The ability to see all of our members in one place is amazing! We can now keep track without having multiple spreadsheets or lists created by different people who don't know what's going with each other (we've had this problem forever).
I wish there was an easier way so we could do more than just log into it once per week during services but if you're looking at something like this then maybe your needs are not as big? It helps us manage everything from giving out information about upcoming events/services etc through collecting donations online which makes things much simpler when trying to figure stuff together between volunteers & staff - very helpful indeed!!
