Good spoon but not what I expected
I wanted a spoon specifically for making poached eggs. The cooked poached eggs do not easily slide off the spoon after scooping them from the water. I thought the spoon would be thinner and the surface would be slippery, it's not really very thin, and it has a tackiness to it. The spoon is fine for what it is, but better suited to other uses than I hoped to use it for.
