I bought this mount with a BenQ 32 inch (31.5). Both are new. Advantages: Easy assembly. The package included the correct hex tools needed for assembly. I needed a Phillips screwdriver for the VESE mount and screws for the cable management. It holds a 32 inch monitor pretty well. The mount can be raised and lowered, swiveled left and right, tilted back and forth and rotated the monitor 360 degrees. With a little effort and depending on how far away the mount is, even if you use both monitor arms, you can actually mount them in the telescope. The farther it is mounted depends on how close or far you can position the monitor to yourself. No additional lever tension adjustments were required. Cons: You need at least 1 3/4 inches to securely attach it to your desk with a clamp mount. A computer desk without a cage allows for more articulation. The instructions should be better as there is no written instructions, only photos. Summary: I used this mount for about 6 hours. This is my first pendant of this type. I agree with this, but I will continue to work with it to have the best possible experience. It's reasonably priced and offers plenty of customization options for a decently sized monitor. I'm going to mount it upside down on my desk drawer to see if I like the adjustability more.
