I installed this in our conference room and it worked great. I hooked up 4 large ceiling speakers and while I doubt it will work, guess what? it worked! Crank it full blast and it's loud, not super loud like the expensive gear we have right now. But still, without it, this device can compete and deliver better quality. I like the fact that it's also an MP3 player. However, you must ensure that the external storage (USB or SDCARD) is formatted as FAT/FAT32 system. It can't read NTFS (I've never tried the Mac version's filesystem). When in doubt, just use the FAT32 file system to store your music. I also used an RCA connection to my old DVD player and mic system as usual, it worked very well. this greatly improves the sound. As I write this I have just connected via BT via phone, went outside and it is still receiving my BT signal. Just so you know, you need to set MODE to "BLUE" in order to see PYLE on your phone. It took me a while to figure that out, LOL. It's really amazing because there are many things that you can use with this device. I'm glad I have this small but powerful device ready for the upcoming party! desire for this model; (for cosmetic reasons) I would like them to move all ports (input and output) to the back. I hate seeing wires up front. again, just my preference
