Last year I used a 1TB M2 B+M Key Sata WD Blue drive in a different USB-C enclosure. I only have 45 MBps on it. I bought it because I wanted more speed. I have other UGreen cases for 2.5" drives and they have worked fine. USB-A to USB-C cable included. Since I have a MacBook Pro with 4 Thunderbolt ports, I didn't want to use an AC cable. So I used the USB-C cable I was using. After replacing the drive, I plugged it in and still only got 45MB/s. With. Then I switched cases again and used the USB-AC connector with the old case and now I'm getting 315MB/s. So the moral of the story is that it's fast, UGreen didn't disappoint. But also check your cables.
