Got two of these after temporarily losing one of the original two and deciding we needed a spare and the key price for two spares was attractive. Ace Hardware had a tough time carving these keys, but they admitted the problem was with their car, not the keys. They fit the lock and the ignition lock. Now they have to be programmed. So I tried both ways. nope I tried everything before with the second new key. no There's an exposed piece of plastic that transmits button presses to the device's stomachs. I put it back in (it kept falling out) as I saw fit. Maybe I'm wrong, that's why I didn't give up. But now it's dark outside. Maybe it will be better in the morning after a cup of coffee.
