The clip doesn't work. for computers and accessories

The bag is very cute, I like it, but unfortunately the left clip works not very good which is very disappointing as i have had it for two weeks and it has stopped working .the ____ is not working it would be 5 stars if my clip worked and i didnt have to struggle to get my laptop.
