Every time I repaint a room in my house I order a new pack and take the time to install them before I start. These sliders allow me to move most of the furniture with a light touch. I can move even heavy and bulky things like a king bed and dressers by myself and I'm an older woman with back problems. I have never regretted the expense as afterwards, deep cleaning the rooms became as simple a task as retrieving socks and keys that had fallen behind furniture or reaching buried electrical outlets. Glides also reduce furniture wear and tear. I think most of us have tried to move furniture only to hear this horrible pop, pop, meaning the furniture leg just got stuck in the carpet and cracked. I've never had problems like this when using sliders. This job gets harder and harder as I get older, so I'm committed to succeeding while I still can!
