I've used all types of headphones, mostly in-ears, but there's a price I pay for amazing sound with headphones and headphones pay, and that is deafness. Like many others, I love the full range of sound and bass that headphones offer, but my ears get sore, hot, sweaty and my eardrums pounding from listening to music most of the day. I also wear a headset at work most of the day, which puts extra strain on my ears. Bone conduction is a very different experience that doesn't give me the full range of sound and bass when listening to music, but allows me to hear things around me and let my ears breathe. In the long term, I'd rather have bone conduction and spare myself another hearing loss. You can also make phone calls with these headphones and voices are clear and callers report they can hear me just as well as the PLT Legends I use for my business calls. Trcode has some great little features including plug and play customization. Charge it up, turn it on and it's in pairing mode. The power and sound buttons are on the right ear, and the call button is on the left. Headphones sit comfortably on the ear and neck. They hold up great for running and being active and best of all my ears never get tired and I stop shutting out the world around me.
