Nice . . . . Suitable for Massagers and Equipment

For some reason the hot and humid summer months left my aching knee with less pain than usual. Maybe because it was so warm. It definitely wasn't psychological as I think there is nothing more miserable than hot and humid days and miserable days tend to cause more pain in the knees. So I was waiting for a cooler day to try this knee brace when my knee was really bothering me. Today was the day and the results were not promising. I tried both heat mode and vibration mode and there was really no change in pain or flexibility. So for now it's only three stars but I'll update this in the future if anything changes as I intend to try again. . The included manual is a bit confusing, including the fact that they labeled the vibrate button as the temperature button. There are three vibration modes and three heating modes. It heats up very quickly and I definitely felt it. Vibration isn't bad for my sore knee, although I think some sore knees shouldn't vibrate. The film also charged quickly using the included USB cable and my Belkin charger. It also looks and feels like well-made packaging rather than something cheap. PS 10/20/21: It's getting colder now and my knee hurt a little earlier this week and taking advantage of the heat helped a lot. . So I add a star.
