A little background, I've just moved to a new apartment, bought a LOVELY L-shaped table (I like to put my tables in the corners). I was concerned about my new monitor that it would not work with a raised platform on a table. I measured 5 times, looked at 20 different styles but was still concerned that either the base wouldn't fit the platform or the monitor wouldn't stick out far enough to be a decent size. In the end I took a chance and got this one. Not only does it fit perfectly on my desktop, but it also has incredible graphics. It didn't come with an HDMI cable, but as a gamer I had plenty of extras. The monitor has built-in speakers that are powerful enough to be heard, but they are not suitable for gaming and lengthy movies. High quality at a fair price. I don't regret this purchase at all.
