The product did not disappoint, the quality pleases.

I don't know how many people would believe me when I say this, but I've been using this mouse for close to 15 years. She is not tenacious, but a meticulous person will resurrect her many times because she does not have 9 lives, but probably all 99 lives. Although she is not tenacious, a meticulous person will resurrect her. After about three years of use, annoying double clicks started occurring. At first, I just put up with it, but then I went to the forum and read that the plastic under the buttons wears out quickly and does not reach the button itself. Since then, I have stopped putting up with the double clicks. I was able to fix the issue by disassembling the device and applying some superglue on the plastic. But, he was exhausted once again. The question that has to be asked is what Logitek was thinking when they put plastic under a button of this caliber. I believe that the user is going to get rid of the mouse and purchase a new one. In passing, I should mention that during parsing I ripped out two bolts. This time with the plastic. Behind the batteries, all of the bolts are concealed by rubber inserts and stickers respectively. That is not easy to locate. While searching for, I came dangerously close to breaking the case. After approximately another five years of use, the buttons started to become either stuck or to produce duplicate clicks. Dismantled. Due to an unfortunate mishap, another thread was ripped off with a bolt. It was impossible to remove the glue. A member named Gust on the forum discovered that this mouse has even another issue. Click contacts oxidize pretty rapidly. The forum was instructed and showed how to bring the mouse back to life. Disassemble the mouse as well as the mini click box. Once you've done that, remove the click plate and give it a good cleaning. The second step, which involves replacing the plate, is significantly more challenging. Then there is a click box that is placed above the button itself to prevent it from falling onto the plate. In a nutshell, tin and perversion, but we are not looking for simple solutions) As a consequence of this, I have a mouse with an almost broken body that is being held together by two bolts. It is scratched, dirty, and has a bad odor (so I will not post pictures). Yet, it is still functional. Just like a zombie. Even though she has a lot of flaws, I've grown so close to her that it's almost impossible for me to function normally without her. And despite this, I'm considering looking for a Chinese alternative because they tend to be significantly less expensive and of higher quality. In the event that I receive the same one from Logitech support, I intend to keep utilizing it. Who among you is familiar with how to write to them?

Pros
  • A large quantity of buttons, an ergonomic design that fits the hand like a glove (at least it does in mine), a quick scrolling function, and the ability to run on batteries that are simple to replace.
Cons
  • Failure to function fairly rapidly, high costs, and a generally low quality of plastic and components
