I ordered 2 of these car seat covers and one of them came without straps. The second broke after an hour of use. I'm in a 2 week fight with the company I bought them from (Dig It Pet Products) and am trying to return both because this is by far the worst car seat cover I've found because the D-ring is right off the seam has broken out. instantly. I am a professional dog walker and need a reliable product to do my job safely, both for myself and the dogs I have to look after. This item is priced the same as products available in chain stores and I was hoping for the idea of a metal locking mechanism instead of the plastic latches that wear out so quickly but unfortunately it was so cheap it broke immediately. The overall poor design of all the car covers I've tried keeps me looking for something that lasts more than a few months. Next fit of anger is the company I bought it from on Revain: Dig It Pet Products refuses to honor their own return policy and I've been fighting this for 2 weeks now. I have better things to do! As a warning, do not buy this item or waste your money on this seller. They appear to be scammers and I have lodged a complaint with Revain.
