Great utility bill tracker. The customer service is also excellent. Their platform is always working, no lag times. Also, the support is top-notch! It is not user friendly when it comes to mobile. It is very difficult to keep track of billing information on the go. It is a great utility bill tracker. It has helped the company be more organized and more efficient. Our company is now able to track the billing, and it is easier to communicate with clients. I like how easy it is to set up, and how well it integrates with our accounting system (Quickbooks Online). It's not as robust as some other billing software out there, but we've been able to get by with it so far. Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out what you're looking at when viewing an invoice or statement, which makes it harder to process. We use this primarily to bill our clients, and keep track of outstanding invoices.
