Item arrived a little wrinkled and creased; Lack of protection on wooden panels to prevent damage. The box appeared as if it had been pulled and scuffs are visible on the lower edges of the art panels. For me it's not critical, but for some artists it can be. For the price it's pretty good in my opinion. Looks comparable to the more expensive art supply ones, although I'm no pro. I was expecting a company called US Art Supply to support jobs in America, but the product was made in China. At the same time, capitalism wins!
