I have recently started flying an A320 and needed a way to convert my Telex 850 headset with twin (standard) connectors to an Airbus XLR connector. It was an economical solution that met all requirements. "Build quality seems good and it's not overly chunky. And of course it works great and does its job. I also appreciate the fact that the device comes with a different microphone boot and o-ring. I don't really need it, but thanks!
