Review on Data Locker FE2000 Drive 2 TB USB by Bob Berry

This product does not work immediately after purchase. We have a very busy office and didn't take the time to try this drive during the 30 day return period. Super annoying. After some fiddling, we were able to get a response from the manufacturer, who actually replaced the drive. However, this required several emails and a form. We then had to pay for FEDEX shipping to their offices. As a result, the hard drive was replaced under warranty, but the process was annoying.
