I like that it allows me to search across all my devices for particular terms at once, as well as filter by user/group/location. It also has powerful reporting functions which are easy enough for even non-technical staff members of larger companies to use effectively. The UI could be improved - some options aren't obvious where you'd expect them (e.g., 'add new report' button in reports section). The price point vs value proposition can make it difficult to recommend if one doesn't have strong needs around searching and filtering logs. We're solving issues with the lack of comprehensive logging capability within our network infrastructure. I like that it has a lot of different options, as well as being able to filter logs by time/date range. The interface can be a bit confusing at first, but once you get it down, you're good to go. I've been using this software for about 2 years now, and have seen no issues during that time. It's easy to use, and very customizable. We use it to monitor our website traffic, and to see what types of users are accessing our site. This helps us understand how we can improve our user experience.
