I bought this set by accident. It arrived as described with no loose threads, chemical smells or snags. I wanted a satin comforter, not a comforter. Here's what you need to know: It's as bright as the picture; it's thin/lightweight compared to other duvets, but that doesn't bother me. Satin print on one side only. The other side is plain blue fabric. It's satin, so it may snag here and there (I don't mind because the satin snags), but it won't snag or slip, if that makes sense. It's cheap, practical, pretty and easy to wash because it's light/thin. I have a king size bed and it covers and fits around the bed well (it has some hanging time so it's not too small). I didn't want to spend money because I have cats and I know satin doesn't stand a chance against claws (only microfiber can do that lol). This is great for repelling hair/lint. That was my goal - I wanted a cute, durable, lightweight, NON-TRAIL BLANKET and easy to care for. I've had it for a few months now and it's become my favorite. And the cats sleep at your feet, leaving no trace for mom to clean up. Victory!
